Fortunately for most of us, a broken garage door is not the norm. Unfortunately, when difficulties do occur we are at a loss as to where to turn. It's not as easy as calling up Sears or a similar outfit to come out and adjust the stove. So when our heavy, two-car garage door gave a larger than normal kvetch last night, we knew it was time to call for help. But where? Think quick, do you know of anyone right off who could point you to a good garage door repair place? Neither did we. And so, once again, we turned to Yelp. We phoned Door Pros on Friday evening, spoke to a real person, and had the door repaired by Saturday morning. Josh and Andrew were polite, professional and gave us a very fair price, which was further reduced by mentioning that we found them through Yelp. We are happy. the garage door purrs. We highly recommend!

I emailed Door Pros late on a Monday evening regarding a broken torsion spring. They responded with a phone call early Tuesday morning.The guys where on time, on budget and amazingly quick. Bonus: Andrew told me about a coupon on their website that saved me $25. Great communication and complete professionalism!I highly recommend Door Pros

Our garage door was bent so much that one day I couldn't get my car out of the garage. My husband had to manually lift the door up. Luckily he is big and strong! Door Pros came out that day and the nice technician was able to fix it. He didn't try to sell us a new door, just fixed what needed replacement. He also was able to make the sound of the garage opening softer. Since we have three small children, this was a plus. Before Door Pros came out, the entire house would shake and the sound would wake up our son.

Within an hour and a half of calling, I had a new garage door spring.This has been one of the most pleasant start to finish experiences that I have had with ANY home repair; responsive, professional, on-time, and a fair price. Our double garage door somehow came unhinged and we could not get it up.The wire had to be reattached and recoiled.Door Pros came out promptly and not only did they quickly repair the wire, they tightened up all the bolts so that our doors now sound the best they ever have.
